I am a DEFL member and I love the idea of eating protein for breakfast. However, my stomach doesn't digest meat properly and therefore I have had to become a vegetarian.
What is your vegies option?

That's a great question. I'm really glad you asked. Beans are a good substitute, along with a handful of almonds and/or a protein shake (although that's not my favorite option, it helps.) Do you eat eggs? If so, that's a great call too - maybe just focus on getting organic eggs and then you can eat the yolks... just keep the inflammation out of your diet and you'll be able to absorb all the nutrients from your egg yolks and process the healthy proteins and fats. A lot of people also like Greek Yogurt, which is high in protein. Hope this helps!
