My reason for joining is my 15 year old son, Grant. He is 165 cm tall and weighs only 44 kg. Grant does eat well but he is additive, preservative and lactose intolerant, not to mention he has a hyperactive metabolism. What I have read and watched in you videos has helped myself but has not shed any light on how to assist my son. Thank you for your time and attention to this email and my request.
I got your question about your son. I think that's a great question, but we're talking more on nutrition-specificity stuff here. When you're talking about a hyper-active metabolism and trying to put on weight and not really seeing how that's working and lactose, additive/preservative intolerance, we're really going into more specific nutrition information which is outside of my specialty. However, I would love to refer you to Joel Marion (he has a nutritional coaching program) or Isabel De Los Rios. Isabel's particularly good with lactose intolerance and additive/preservative intolerance. As far as metabolic tightening, she addresses that too. To the best of my knowledge, she doesn't currently offer any one-on-one coaching which is why you might want to email Joel. Joel definitely does do that and it's a little bit of a more expensive price, but this would be customized meal-plans for your son. Since this is a little outside of my expertise, I want to make sure you're getting the right information. I'm so glad that you joined the team and I'm looking forward to helping. I'm here for you with any question you've got and certainly would be able to be a resource when I'm not going to be the answer. Have a great day!

Metabolic and neural training are causing a major shift in fitness thinking - which is no surprise based upon the exercise selection and the results they deliver.
