Level of soreness is virtually zero. I'm finding that I have trouble with exhaustion within the 50 second workout period, especially with exercises that involve "quads", squats, burpees, etc. My heart rate monitor supports this. I'm trying to keep the "form" whilst performing as many reps as possible but a lot of the exercises are new to me and I need to find my rhythm with them.
I'm getting bombarded with emails from you which is good but I'm not sure I'm taking it all in. Week 1 I did the 5 ten minute workouts first thing in the morning with 2 days rest. Should I have been doing another 40-mins. of other cardio or lifting as well each day?
Don't worry about heart rate until you get the exercises down... but it's not a bad idea to practice for an hour one night and just learn them... then, they'll be yours forever. This will help.
Nope - that's just your mega bonus. As much as your heart desires.
