Thanks for the reply, but those aren't what Dr. K uses in the videos. I have hex dumbbells. There is not enough surface area to do pushups on them. And the plates in the link aren't Olympic grip plates. The ones he uses have at least five grip holes, and they are wide enough so that when doing pushups on them vertically people's wrists won't collapse.
I'd still appreciate your help. I can't have my clients proceed with this workout program without safe equipment.
