Calorie Counting - Needs (Man):
As for nutrition, we'd recommend that you work on paying attention to how many calories you are eating for about a week.  we’re not big on counting calories, but it helps to have a ballpark idea.  In general, while you're trying to get lean, think about 2000 or less with high levels of activity.  This is usually a good starting place.

As for nutrition, we'd recommend that you work on paying attention to how many calories you are eating for about a week. If you don’t already keep track of this including everything (drinks/snack included), we’re not big on counting calories long term, but it helps to have a ballpark idea.  In general, while you're trying to get lean, think about 1800 or less with high levels of activity.  This is usually a good starting place but too few calories can also be a negative for fat loss programs. Your body needs fuel to perform optimally and recover. If you don’t eat enough you will make it harder to reach your goals and maintain.
