Exercising around foot discomfort

Question:

Exercising around foot discomfort

Answer:

Exercising on a sore foot can be challenging.  The best thing to do is try to bear as little weight on the foot in painful positions as possible.  Also, if you need to, sometimes it’s best to separate out exercises and do them in parts.  For example, if you’re doing a lunge + curl, then you might want to carefully lunge and then work on curls in isolation so you can properly challenge that movement without an increase in pain.
