Exercising around wrist/hand discomfort
Be extra careful with weight bearing if you have sore wrists. Whenever possible, it tends to help to bear weight on your fist, instead of on a flat hand when there is wrist pain. This is a better weight-bearing surface, in general, for your wrist as the right joints are intended to take 80% of the weight in this position.
