Exercising with cardiac risk factors
If you have 2-3 known risk factors for cardiac disease, we believe it would be in your best interest to check with your doctor before beginning an exercise program. Normally, this is just a baseline, but it's an important step and it's our strongest professional recommendation to do so. In the meantime, We'll keep you on pace and make sure to be here to answer some questions along the way. This is not meant to scare you, we like to keep all of the risks to a minimum. If you have been to your doctor or had a physical recently we are OK with that.
