I exercise at my home, and don't have the ability to do pull up exercises, what would you suggest as a replacement?
You can actually get similar results doing them under a narrow table with your hands gripping the sides (your feet on the floor) or with a pair of dumbells with your knees slightly bent and making sure your back is straight.
